Hydraulic Dock Leveler
ADC hydraulic dock leveler is a type of loading and unloading platform powered by hydraulic rods and hydraulic oil tanks. Its lip plate is divided into two types: flip plate type and telescopic type. It can be operated with one click from the control box, which is simple and convenient. The lifting height can be freely controlled to adapt to truck compartments of different heights. Two types of lip retractions
There are two types of hydraulic dock levelers. Flap type dock leveler and telescopic dock leveler. The difference between the two types lies mainly in their lip plates.
Flap dock leveler: Through hydraulic pressure, the main plate cylinder will lift the platform, the small cylinder will flip the lip plate, and through the self-weight of the dock leveler will drop the lip plate to the tail of the train, to realize the role of the establishment of intercommunication bridge between the warehouse and the wagon. This kind of dock leveler has the highest utilization rate and is the most popular, which can be suitable for most of the loading and unloading platforms and wagons.
Telescopic dock leveler: Using the hydraulic principle, the main plate cylinder will lift the platform plate, the small cylinder will push out the mouth plate, and through the self-weight of the loading and unloading platform will be lowered by the mouth plate to the rear of the truck, to realize the role of the warehouse and the trucks between the establishment of a bridge of intercommunication.
